RedotPay Promo Code Not Working: Exact Checks

First identify the field

RedotPay’s official referral help says the referral field is available during registration and cannot be added after account setup. That rule does not prove that a card-order code must be entered during registration.

Decision tree

1. Are you registering an account? Use only a referral/invite code shown for registration. Finish registration before looking for a card-order promo.
2. Which card are you ordering? Confirm the card type and standard price shown for your account, then look for the promo field before payment.
3. Does the code match the card? Use REDOT10 only for a virtual-card order and REDOT100 only for a physical-card order.
4. Is the spelling exact? Remove spaces and enter the matching code exactly.
5. Does the app need updating? Use the current official app version. A missing field may be a product, account, or campaign state—not a typing error.
6. Did the final total change? The expected independently reported result is $10 → $8 for a virtual card or $100 → $80 for a physical card. If the displayed total remains unchanged, the discount has not been demonstrated.
7. Is another add-on selected? Review the whole order for an optional plan or service that changes the amount.
8. Are you eligible for this campaign? Promotions can depend on account, country, date, card type, and campaign rules.

Safe stop rule

Do not make a non-refundable card payment because a blog says a code should work. Stop if the price does not visibly change before payment.

Take a screenshot that shows only the promo field, error, card type, and displayed amount. Hide your UID, name, email, balance, card details, referral ID, and notifications.
