Bangladesh-এ RedotPay Card Declined: Check ও Fix

Failed attempt RedotPay app-এ আছে কি না আগে দেখুন। এতে merchant-side rejection এবং RedotPay received request আলাদা করা যায়। Rapid retry diagnostic নয়।

দশটি check

1. Card active ও unfrozen কি না।
2. Transaction অনুযায়ী online, POS বা ATM control on কি না।
3. Transaction currency enabled কি না।
4. Per-purchase ও daily limit যথেষ্ট কি না।
5. Conversion, FX, merchant fee ও authorization hold-এর buffer আছে কি না।
6. Cardholder name ও billing address card profile-এর সঙ্গে match করে কি না।
7. 3DS/verification flow country বা device change ছাড়া complete হয়েছে কি না।
8. Merchant card network ও foreign-issued/stablecoin-based card নেয় কি না।
9. Transaction history-তে attempt আছে কি না।
10. Likely cause fix করার পরে শুধু একটি different supported merchant test করুন।

App-এ record না থাকলে

RedotPay অনুযায়ী merchant বা processor request পৌঁছানোর আগে reject করেছে। Time, amount, currency ও error message নিয়ে merchant support-এ যোগাযোগ করুন। RedotPay যে request পায়নি তার reason দেখাতে পারবে না।

App-এ decline থাকলে

Transaction reference save করুন, card control check করুন এবং reason clear না হলে RedotPay support-এ যান। Local payment infrastructure ও merchant acceptance Bangladesh account eligibility থেকে আলাদা।
