Start by checking whether the failed attempt appears in the RedotPay app. That separates a merchant-side rejection from a request RedotPay actually received. Do not use repeated rapid retries as a diagnostic.

Ten checks in order

1. Confirm the card is active and not frozen.
2. Enable online, POS, or ATM payments for the transaction type.
3. Confirm the transaction currency is enabled.
4. Check the per-purchase and daily limits.
5. Leave room for conversion, FX, merchant fees, and authorization holds.
6. Match the cardholder name and billing address to the card profile.
7. Complete any 3DS or verification flow without changing country or device mid-checkout.
8. Ask whether the merchant accepts the card network and foreign-issued/stablecoin-based cards.
9. Check whether the attempt appears in transaction history.
10. Try one different supported merchant only after correcting the likely cause.

If the app shows no record

RedotPay says this usually means the merchant or its processor rejected the request before RedotPay received it. Contact merchant support with the time, amount, currency, and error message. Do not expect RedotPay to explain a request it never received.

If the app shows a decline
