What the virtual card can and cannot prove

The virtual card is intended for online checkout and supported payment platforms. It has no PIN, so a transaction requiring a PIN cannot be completed. Issuance does not guarantee that a particular merchant, wallet, recurring subscription, or international payment will accept it.

After lawful setup, use one small supported transaction first. If a payment fails, use the Bangladesh decline checklist rather than repeating rapid retries.
